Let's Ignite & Inspire
RAPID conducted the workshop Lets Ignite & Inspire for the nation-wide branch heads of RIS on the 20th & 21st February, in Islamabad. The two day programme In order to increase effectiveness of the branch heads & academic coordinators and yield enhanced outcomes in branches, RAPID encouraged them to revise the previous contents while enriching and augmenting the programme by incorporating discussion forums and encouraging participation of the audience in dialogues and debates. For the purpose, RAPID divided the program on two days first day departmental heads gave brief review of the year. Moreover, in order to attract and retain attention of participants programme, each training module was followed by a short quiz, comprising of video clips that allowed participants to clarify their ambiguities.
The enrichment of the programme contents allowed the presenters to include emerging global trends, management practices, academic SOPs, values, roles and organizational objectives within their training modules. Moreover, the workshop also provided a platform to the branch management staff, especially of out-station branches, to inquire about every-day problems and extort valuable solutions and counter-strategies form the expert trainers. The Training Feedback from the participants affirms that the workshop provided them with valuable information that shall be useful in quality compliance of RIS policies and procedures in day to day routine.
