I must congratulate RAPID on conducting such a wonderful and informative symposium for teachers' professional growth and development. The topics that were covered in this workshop would enable the teachers to move away from the traditional teaching styles and start considering a paradigm shift from a teacher-centered teaching style to a learner-centered one. Motivational, informative, and captivating speakers especially Dr Upali Mahanama, Ms Shireen Naqvi, Sohail Zindani, Dr Huma Baqai, Rahila Narejo, and last but not least the brilliant young girl Sitara Akbar shared valuable information and eye-opening stories to enable teachers to shift their mindsets from being dispensers of knowledge to facilitators and mentors. So much energy, intelligence, experience and hard work was evident in the workshop planning. Hats off to the RAPID team for planning and conducting such a wonderful symposium!
