Roots International Schools also conducted a manager's training programme 'Journey from self to society' to empower and engage its managers in undertaking roles beyond their usual tasks. The two day training programme was highly interactive, immersive, and fun. Trainers used a range of approaches, including co-teaching, modeling and role-playing, to ensure that employees and managers leave with practical techniques that can be implemented immediately.
The workshop focused on the fundamentals of leading the modern, mobile knowledge worker. Both new and experienced managers acquired a set of tools to help them meet today's management challenges, including conflict resolution, prioritization, performance management, accountability and trust, execution, collaboration, and team and employee development.
The journey from self to society was an intensive, application-oriented learning experience that focused on the fundamentals of great leadership. The set of motivational and professional trainers along with the unique, new approach to management development was essential in helping the management team move from getting good results to attaining great and enduring results.
