Training of security guards
Training of security guards is equally important for schools for the safety of students, mentors, visitors and other employees. Keeping in mind the significance of trained guards to avoid any mishap, a training session “Train the guards” was held on 11th nov 2016 by RAPID. Training was divided into two phases, in 1st phase, RIS security policy, security plan and responsibilities of security guards were discussed. In and phase emergency evacuation drill, fire extinguishing drill and lock down drill was conducted to give first-hand experience to all supervisors, guards school coordinators.
