Roots International Schools Curriculum Assimilation Program
The Roots International Schools Curriculum Assimilation Program (RISCAP) is a Cornerstone workshop designed by RAPID & DQCA Department. The core concept is that by training teachers better, and equipping them with the right resources to tackle curriculum and its practices as interactive lesson in the classroom.
The program was formally started with welcome address by Asima Mubeshar Assistant manager RAPID where as Mrs. Kulsoom Tanvir GM (DQCA & Foreign Languages) addressed all teachers and branch heads to bring the system academically to its height. She accentuated on teachers to follow true practices of academic curriculum to enhance Childs learning.
Master trainers of all subjects conducted interactive and motivational training, flipp class room, design learning was emphasized. All level curriculum were discussed and thoroughly presented. Fresh hired and experienced teachers enthusiastically participated. During Montessori training Gamification (learning through role plays), social media and interactive tools were emphasize. Teachers had themselves hands on experience by doing several projects in which they got clarity on paramountcy of hands on experience during learning and teaching.
