Keeping in mind the significance of effective teaching with 21st century pedagogical approaches and their impact on students’ learning , the 2nd round of INSETT arranged on 21st and 22nd October 2K16 at Wellington Campus by Roots Academy for Professional & Intellectual Development (RAPID).The sessions were spread on two days with variety of discussions, presentations, activities and videos. Mr. Walid Mushtaq (CEO) and Ms. Sarah. Walid (ED) graced the sessions and enlightened mentors about successful implementation of RIS curriculum. They emphasized on differentiated tasks to meet individual needs, maintain student centered class rooms with student lead learning, polish creative writing skills to nurture creativity and to increase IT lessons for best learning out- put .
